Qatar has been named as the best country in the world for starting a career, according to a new ranking. “Qatar moved up seven positions from 2018 to claim the No. 1 spot in this ranking. With about a quarter of Qatar’s population under the age of 25, there is opportunity for young professionals to make their move within the country’s growing economy,” the report said. The government’s National Vision 2030 development plans seek to transform Qatar economically, socially and environmentally, by 2030. The plans include an estimated $200 billion spent in preparation to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The world’s largest sporting event will be a first to ever take place in the Arab world. My labour contract expires on the August 28, 2016, and my residency visa expires on October 19. I am not willing to renew my contract with this company and have informed my HR manager when they asked for a renewal. Now they are planning to terminate me before my labour contract expires to put a ban on me. I did, however, offer to work until my visa expires in October. Woman jailed for posting UAE employer’s family photos on Facebook

She posted images of herself wearing his wife's clothes as well. A woman was given a six-month jail term after publishing her sponsor's family photos online in Ajman. The 29-year-old maid will also be deported after serving her term, as per Al Bayan report. She had taken images of the Emirati man's mother and children and posted them on her Facebook page with mocking captions describing them. The woman also wore his wife's clothes without permission and took photos of herself and posted them online as well. In her defence, the maid said she had not stolen the clothes, but rather borrowed them while his wife was on a trip abroad.
